Jura is a region between Cracow and Czestochowa in southern Poland – full of limestone cliffs, quiet forest roads, and old castles known as the Eagle’s Nests. These castles sit high on the hills and were once built to protect the land. We’re based right in the heart of it, near the small town of Ogrodzieniec – also known for scenes from Netflix’s 'The Witcher’.
Roads here feel a bit like Paris-Roubaix… sometimes smooth tarmac but also not perfect, full of character and technical sections with plenty of short, punchy climbs. Every ride feels like a discovery. There’s something magical in this place you can’t quite explain.
Social Rides
Throughout the season, we meet up for casual social rides – nothing too serious, just good company, a steady pace, and a shared passion for cycling. There’s usually coffee, food, and good vibes along the way. Check our Strava Club for updates and join when you feel like it.
If you’re visiting the region but can’t join us for a ride, no worries – we’ve mapped out our favourite cycling routes. These are the 'classics’ we keep coming back to. Pick a route and explore Jura at your own pace.
Jura is perfect for a weekend or a long weekend escape. If you want to explore both the northern and southern parts, we recommend Poziom 511 Hotel Spa & Wellness. It’s beautifully located near Ogrodzieniec Castle, right in the heart of Jura. A great place to relax – and an even better starting point for rides, including the ones we roll out on during the season.
From Mallorca roads to Jura roots. After spending a few years in Mallorca, we really felt the difference when we returned to Poland. What we missed most was the cycling community – the weekend rides with friends, slow coffee after a ride, sharing pizza and stories. That’s where the idea for Jura Classics was born: a way to reconnect with cycling and bring people together through it.
The name “Classics” comes from the famous classics or monuments – one-day races, like Paris-Roubaix or Flanders, because Jura roads remind us of them: not perfect, sometimes rough, full of character and challenge. That raw beauty is what makes this region so special.
We started in 2024 and our goal is to build a group of like-minded riders and, hopefully, welcome more cyclists from around the world to explore this place we love.
Our Merch
We’re working on some special merch you can take home as a memory from your time in Jura. It’s not for sale just yet, but it’s coming soon. If you’re interested, join our waiting list and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.
